1st round was to fill in a questionnaire with 30 questions, within 3 days. Felt a bit unserious. Many of these questions should be in a dialogue and not a google form. Felt like they were just collecting data so someone else could do the work.

All kind of questions as Competency based around difficult situations with stakeholders and 'How do you lead your recruitment processes (inclusive budget)'. But also 'Why did you leave your last two jobs?'
