The interview process was disrespectful and dishonest. After responding to their outreach, I went through multiple interviews without ever receiving a job description or application. The onsite interview felt rushed, and it was clear they had already decided to pass on my candidacy. The planned interview with the HR Director was canceled without much explanation, and I later discovered the job was posted the next day without informing me. To make matters worse, a staffing agency coincidentally reached out about the same role I had already interviewed for. This reflects poorly on Elior, showing they handle their hiring process unprofessionally, treating candidates as just numbers.
