Entretien
First I took a personality/psychological test online which was 23-25 pages of questions. Then I scheduled a phone interview. I had the phone interview today which was about 30 minutes. The phone interview was behavioral type questions (When did you have to gain someones trust, what do you know about Lilly and why would did you pick Lilly to work for).
