The interview went quite well. Straightforward, no bs question, like where I see myself in 5years. Had 2 rounds, first with HR and second with HR rep and my manager.

Entretien
Two interviewers, asking competency and situational questions.
Strange experience. They changed to job that I was interviewing for on the zoom call, and gave me feedback that it went well, but never progressed further because the role changed again.

Question 1
Competency based questions. I cant emphasise enough that they want you to spit it out in STAR format. Any deviation and they are unhappy with it.
They also asked me a lot about personal stress management etc.
