While there are established processes and scripted questions, the bottom line is the interview experience is varied depending on the position/area. Multiple phone screenings looking for key behavioral traits are not always sufficient. Example: Finding a great Administrative Assistant could be served by this process but a senior-level scientist search would find this experience wanting.
