I showed up to the location, I had to check in with security and then I waited patiently for the interviewer to arrive. Once they arrived, I went into a board room with 3 others plus the hiring manager. The other three were managers that interacted with the specific department I was interviewing for. It was VERY relaxed, and personal. They went round robin asking questions one at a time. Each of them asked a question from a different category. One dealt with personal experiences, another with work experiences, another about information known about Lilly, etc. Each interviewer asked around a total of 3-4 questions.
