The recruiter reached out after I submitted my resume. We set up a call where he did most of the talking. It went over so he we had to schedule more time and he asked some of the same questions as he did in the first interview. He seemed disorganized and it was not confidence inspiring. After we connected he said he would give me an update within 3 business days, that he felt strongly about my background and would recommend me for next steps but either way would provide an update. It has been a month and I have followed up many times via emails and even a phone call. No update has been provided.
