Entretien
The recruiter is somewhat disorganized, changing interview times and not providing clear next steps.
It was important that their sales rep come into the office daily if not meeting clients. I can only imagine the requirement of being at the office ensures you are working “diligently” from 8-5 CST. Don’t you dare try to cheat us out of 40 hours weekly!
Anyone that has spent time in edtech sales knows the cadence for prospecting involves limited touches and persistence over time. You cannot simply cold call a Rolodex every week all day and not expect the decision makers to find your approach aggressive and off putting.
This company continually advertises for the same role so I assume their sales folks are not successful due to this reliance on micromanagement. I wish them luck trying to solve this Gordian knot. :)

Question 1
Will you be comfortable coming to the office so we can micromanage you and ensure we get our 40 hours from you every week?
