I applied online and received an email to schedule a phone interview. A couple of days after the phone interview I received an email to schedule an on site interview. I got there and the manager was late. Interview was okay. She asked about 7 behavioral questions and told me I'll receive an email later on that week with a decision. I didn't receive a response until 2 weeks later.

The first interview was a recorded Q&A. You had 3 tries to get the recorded response you wanted. The second interview was a 30 minute interview on Microsoft Teams. The manager was polite, personable, and the interview was casual.
