The interview process was super easy. I had one interview with the recruiter and 2 other interviews with a corporate person and the hiring manager. I was clear and direct about my salary needs however, when I was presented an offer, it was 25k less than what I had asked for. I was asking them to match my current salary. I was not even asking for a bump in pay. The recruiter was rude when I told him I was declining the offer because of the VERY low salary offer. He said he would ask if they were able to match what I had asked for and I never received a call back.
