I applied online then two weeks later I received an email with a link inside to do a pre assessment stimulation test. In the test I had to pretend I was a operator working in a call center answering the questions about the customers account. After I completed that test two weeks later I got another email saying to come in for a face to face interview. I think the manager that interviewed me was nice, he made me comfortable during the interview, then again I wasn't nervous before the interview which surprised me because I'm ALWAYS nervous before job interviews. The hiring process took 6 weeks.

The first interview was a recorded Q&A. You had 3 tries to get the recorded response you wanted. The second interview was a 30 minute interview on Microsoft Teams. The manager was polite, personable, and the interview was casual.
