3 Managers from STD and LTD meet with me in a private conference room. We discussed my experience as listed on my resume. They each were given the opportunity to all me questions regarding my knowledge and skills. They have me opportunity to all any questions I wanted and took as much time as needed to help me feel satisfied and confident with their responses. It was neither formal, not casual. It was as low stress as an interview can be when having 3 Managers together.
