It was a group of applicants that met in the lobby, a group of managers came down and placed us into a conference room and introduced us to the managers who will be interviewing. Each manager would call an applicant by name and we would sit in a location in another conference room to be asked the questions. The experience was simple, straightforward. They told us their expectations of course and I felt that they met mine.
