Group Interview. Very Relaxed. Onboarding process was a nightmare. HR uses HireRight, which is a very inefficient background check agency. Interviewers were very friendly and answered all questions asked.

They hired me on directly due to the fact they didn't have enough workers for the busy insurance season. So it wasn't an interview. I just need to meet the 30 word minimum.

Entretien
It was smooth, interviewed with the head sales representative of the specialty department. It was an in and out process. He was very friendly an inviting into his environment. Wanted to get to know me further than just the actual role.
