So I applied to the position online. I got an email a week later requesting to set up an phone interview. The lady was nice she was basically going over my resume and she asked me 2 behavioral questions. She then stated she was going to take this information and pass it on to the hiring manager. I got another call a week later from the hiring requesting to set up a face to face interview. I went to the interview I was asked about 8 questions. She also went over the position and background information on anthem. She stated she would call me back or someone from talent acquisition would call me. I got a call 2 days later letting me know of the job offer.
