Saw internal posting on careers website and applied to the position. Recruiter passed resume to hiring manager and set up four phone interviews. Offer was extended promptly and quickly four days after. They extended competitive offer, but stuck to it despite negotiations.

Entretien
The process consisted of arranging a meeting online and meeting in a small room. Three people around a round table with set questions about experience and hypothetical questions. The whole process took about two weeks with one hour of actual interviewing.
