This was the best recruitment process I have ever experienced as a candidate, effective, efficient, and respectful. At the beginning, I mentioned that I would be on vacation during Passover and asked whether it would be possible to make use of that time, as I would be more available than during my regular work schedule. The recruiter was incredibly understanding and did everything she could to support this, she also kept me updated during the entire process. I also had the opportunity to meet a wide range of stakeholders throughout the process (direct manager, teammate, R&D director, recruiter and HR director). All stages of the recruitment journey were clearly communicated in advance, including their content and expectations, which allowed me to prepare well. Every interaction, both interviews and conversations, was conducted in a highly respectful and pleasant manner. Again, the best recruitment process I ever had.
