First round was a simple phone interview with HR going over expectations of the job, second round was a one on one with the prospective team lead, and then a panel interview with department/group heads with a presentation.

They asked for a quick presentation giving an overview of a project that I completed previously (details not completely necessary, just enough to show I knew what I was doing in that project)
Multiple rounds of interview with the hiring manager and then a panel. Needed to present research topic to the panel and then break away into smaller interviews groups. it was interesting

efficient, friendly, kind, recruiter and HR screen were kind and professional. onsite asked fair questions. overall one of the best interview experiences I've had in biotech. team member, management and leader are smart, impressive but humble and down to earth
