Recruiter call went well and recruiter assured me that my resume is a great fit and he will get back to me with next steps in 24 hours. I followed up multiple times but no response

Entretien
*HR screen was standard.
*Call with Analytics Manager was a general conversation and nothing out of the ordinary
*Technical screening was a combination of verbal responses to SQL questions (ie. given 2 tables how would you connect them and find this result) & Python questions (ie. started with differences in functions and then progressed).
*Connection with Product Managers on the team I would be joining. Experience based questions.
* Take home exercise. Given data set and problem. Present to the director level about your findings.
