Was approached by the TA team of EA for performance testing team.
Process consisted of non technical 1 on 1 rounds with a Female manager and few other people.
Explanation of my current work, few questions on that followed by some technical questions.
In all the rounds, the interviewers were non technical people, found it difficult to explain the answers to them and also interviewers had very basic and no technical knowledge.
Interviewers seemed confused about the answers and questions they were asking and found it difficult to understand optimized design.
Programming questions were quite basic and easy, the interviewers did not show much interest in explanation or code and missed few errors.
Interviewers and Recruiter were not clear on what was expected from interview.
