After applying to open role on company's website, EA contacted me to set an initial phone interview. The phone interview is as any other place their screening step before they decide whether to call a candidate in for a face to face interview or not.

The interview stages were very friendly yet conducted professionally by the hiring manager and senior stakeholders. A great experience overall that put me at ease.
