My experience with the interview process was extremely unprofessional and poorly managed.
I initially had an interview scheduled in December 2024. After joining the Zoom call, I received a last minute email stating that the interview had been rescheduled. I followed up to get clarification but did not receive any response.
Two weeks later, I finally had the interview. During that conversation, the recruiter mentioned that the team was already well into the interview process and that he would “see if he could push things forward.” Unfortunately, I never heard back after that.
The entire experience gave the impression that my interview had been overlooked and only revisited after other candidates had already been considered. It felt rushed, disorganized, and ultimately dismissive of my time and effort.
Losing out on a potential opportunity due to poor coordination and lack of communication is frustrating. Candidates deserve a process that is structured, transparent, and respectful.

Structured, very formal and professional. Make the applier feel welcomed and at home. No stress included, but yet held their head high. Thank you EA for such a good experience!
