Applied to the company and received a email saying that not going forward.
The next day, a recruiter contacted me and said I was selected and will have a HR screening.
Had the HR screening but no continuation and waited for 1 month for reply.
While waiting, had sent multiple follow-ups and no responses.
After a month, was sent an email saying I failed the first interview.
Never knew HR screening and first interview is done in one go.
