I was contacted by a recruitment company and was asked to come in for an Assessment day. The assessment was for a whole day and consisted of 3 different points. -Role Play - You pretend to be on the phone with one of the management/supervisors. He will be the customer you will be the adviser. You need to find the correct product for the customer with the specifications they provide you. (You will have a brochure to look through, do not panic this part is easy) -Team Presentation - This is to see how well you work in a team. - Interview - This is with two interviewers. It is actually quite a nice day. They provide you with lunch if you want it, teas, coffees and water etc.
