Then with HR to get to know you better through resume and past experiences
All in all it took about 2 hours.

What do you appreciate/don't appreciate in past manager and why
I had a positive experience overall. The process started with a technical interview focused on RF concepts and problem-solving. Then came an HR interview and a clear explanation of the next steps. I filled out classification forms at the end, and the communication throughout was professional and respectful.

Quick processes, 2 technical interviews, and one with the head of the department, mostly he talks in that part, and then HR.
Overall, they were quick and clear without any issues, and very nice
