The first call was with an internal recruiter from Elastic checking my fit to the role. The next call was with the hiring manager, which was great and very detailed about Elastic, the team, the position, the products and future. The technical peer call was canceled due to sickness of some people. But I was invite to meet the team in person and have the technical peer discussion in the Elastic office. The technical part was tough, but also gave an impression on what is necessary to do the job. I have not done the planed business and technical presentation as I have accepted another offer before that date.
