The process was very informative and professional. I met with local area manager first then was flown to headquarters to meet with directors and an HR representative. Not only did they try to learn about me, but they spent a good amount of time telling me about the company and culture to ensure that it was a good fit if we moved forward. Overall, it was a great interview experience and my time working for Elanco has been even better than I expected.

Received one call from a recruiter around 4pm (while I was working), received another around 9am the next day (also when I was working). I called back immediately after I was done working that day, had a short and rather bizarre conversation with the recruiter. Was told her boss would be calling me and “[I] should really pick up when he calls”. Left a bad taste and was rather disrespectful.

Normal SMART interview questions. 5-6 interviews with 1-2 people each. Good people with some hard questions. HR overview is good. Had lunch with a couple of the interviewers. At times very conversational. Allowed time for my questions.
