Phone (video) screen with an experienced Recruiter. The Recruiter was disorganized, late and just rambled on about technical issues, late, etc. while I tried to redirect the conversation back to the Interview. Despite bring the discussion back to the interview or purpose of the call, Recruiter asked for a walk through of the resume from the beginning of the career, where the experience is not relevant to the position, despite my stating that recent experiences (5 years) should be the focus, and then Recruiter, who is not experienced in this function or area of work, try to tell me what the function (organization or practice) is or is not. Clearly, the call or interview did not go well or was a negative experience with an "Experienced" recruiter and established Professional Firm. Other Professionals in their Professional (business) Practice areas appear to be more professional and knowledgeable from my informal and industry meetings with them.
