I replied to a add on LinkedIn and was emailed the next day. The HR manager spoke with me on the phone for about 20 minutes, then scheduled my to come in the following day for an in person interview. I arrived early, what I noticed was the office seemed small and put together quickly I can't exactly explain it but for a company that has been around for a while it looked cheap. There were exposed taped wires cheap computers and tv and it wasn't very clean. There were about 30 desk and maybe 7 employees were working and not one of them greeted me or even made eye contact with me. I found that every strange. When I signed in there was about 10 people who had already interviewed and it was still about two hours before lunch. I feel like the company may just interview a lot of people for some kind of numbers game, maybe they get money per interview. Not sure. But there really wasn't many employees working. When I was Interviewed it was exactly 6 Min I guess I was a little nervous but the questions were about my background and other bland questions the people who interviewed me looked like very young people with not too much experience themselves. Before I left they said they would call be , which they did not they emailed me the next morning basically saying they meet so many strong candidates they were going to pursue and although they were impressed they were going with the other candidates. It didn't really make sense to me but I really feel they don't really hire people there anyways or that it's a real job I don't know. If they were truly looking for for talent and to thrive in more sales , which clearly they need, that would be hiring people like myself but I'm sure I dodged a bullet. The salary was pretty low and actually the next day I got a great offer with a great company for 2 X more the salary. I just wanted to write this so people out there who go for an interview are aware based on my experience and others. Personally I would not waste my time.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review and I would like to apologize if you felt that the interview process was a negative experience. I can assure you that we do hire individuals and are excited about everyone we ask to join our team, however, we do take the interview process seriously in finding a good fit for both our company and the individuals. Let me also address a few of your points below: 1) I am sorry if you felt that weren't greeted properly, however, I am confused at this as we have a receptionist at the front who welcomes all visitors, provides a drink if desired, and gets the individual situated. We do have an open floor plan which allows you to see multiple employees when you come in, but please remember that this is our production team and they are hard at work building and maintaining our clients websites. 2)As we are an internet marketing company, we very rarely have customers on site or other visitors outside of candidates interviewing, this is why our sign in sheet had multiple names on it, I can assure you that we do not complete 10 onsite interviews in a day and this was most likely the accumulation over a week or two of names. I also can assure you that while we do interview often in order to grow our sales team, we are not paid on the number of interviews that are completed or even the number of people we hire, but the company is very particular on who we invite to join our team, hence holding out for the perfect candidate. 3) Over the last week or so we have had a number of individuals out of the office due to tradeshows and client visits, that paired with that we are indeed growing and looking to bring on the right individuals is what can be attributed to the empty seats. 4) The individuals who were able to interview you do look young (I guess blessed with great genetics :) ) but they are nonetheless more then qualified to complete this process and have been doing so to grow our team for a while. As we do not judge a candidate by there age or appearance, we would hope our candidates would not either. 5) In the interview process we do tell all candidates that we will get back to them within a designated time frame, I apologize if you took this as meaning we would call you, but we do not call all candidates, but are sure to follow up as we never want to leave someone hanging after the interview process. I do hope that these points can shed some light on what your experience may have been. Again, thank you for taking the time to write a review. While we did not feel you would be a good fit with our team, at this point in time we are happy that you have found a place to thrive in. Best of luck!
