I applied in walk in driver which was scheduled in Ahmedabad office for QA Automation Testing profile for java and python. Technical Interview Manager Interview HR Discussion They didn't ask me my current ctc and expected ctc before conducting technical interview. After clearing all technical discussion they told me we don't have budget for this position. They requested me to share all documents like e.g offer letter of current company, salary slip , hike letter , id proof ,experience letter of all previous company etc. Next day They called me and said you are lacking in technical skills , your technical feedback is not upto mark and you don't have experience in embedded device etc . We need to provide you training if we hire you so you will have to negotiate. The amount which they were offering to me which was 8 lack less than my current CTC. So I said no I won't be able to join. Then they told me in future if you don't have job at that time you can contact us. If I am lacking in technical skills, don't have any experience in embedded device any specific reason for requesting to share all confidential documents and offering me position??
