The initial interview process felt very rushed. In the short 15 minute introduction interview they will decide to move forward with you or not. At this point of the interview process the smallest "mistake" will turn you into the "not ideal" candidate for the role. They are very specific on who they hire. Have some basic answers ready and give clear and concise statements. (No "ummmms" or "uhhhhs")

It was a great interview process. Both recruiters I spoke with were super nice and incredibly helpful. They were extremely transparent about the job description and asked great questions to see if I was a good fit.
