I really enjoyed the interview process! The recruiter was very engaging from the start and there was timely follow-up after each step. The interview process had 4 different steps: a recruiter interview, 2 1-1 interviews, and one panel interview. Scheduling was very easy. I thought the interviewers were genuinely interested in getting to know me and asked good questions. They also gave time for me to ask questions and their responses were very thoughtful and helped me make my own career decisions.

The interview process was straightforward and informative for both sides. Salary expectations were set from the first call with the recruiter who was great. All of the subsequent calls were conversational and mostly behavioral based. There werent many attempts to trip you up or give you questions that you couldn’t answer. my very last round was the most difficult but it wasn’t bad. What was absolutely refreshing was that there were no projects or assignments or mock QBR‘s. My decades of experience actually counted for something. The process was 5 rounds of interviews including the recruiter. It did take some time (2.5 months) so be patient but the recruiter always got black to me when I checked in periodically throughout.
