They seem to be very disorganised. After one interview they would call me to tell me that I had to speak to someone else. It felt like I had to speak to the whole company because they couldn't decide. Then they ghosted me and the recruiter after three interviews. Extremely unprofessional. If they treat their candidates like this I can imagine how they treat the people that already work there.

Entretien
First selection after applying you receive an e-mail in order to get an interview by phone.
Then a interview with the HR manager and a technical manager.
Once you're selected you get the chance to have a last interview with the regional director who's selecting the final candidate.
