The interview process is very lengthy. You need to be very patient. It took one and a half month to complete the entire process. There are 3 major rounds where each round includes sub rounds as well. There was a separate selection process for software and hardware. I applied for software as I am from computer science. 1. Written(Technical+IQ) 2. Technical round at college 3. Final Interview at the company. This internally has almost 10 rounds I cleared my written and attended the technical interview that was conducted in our college. I was interviewed technically for almost one hour. They called me to attend final interview process. In the final interview, there was personality test, psychometric test, IQ test, YES/NO type questions test, personality assessment test, logical thinking test, 5 hours of the technical exam on DBMS, algorithms, and programming. There was also a separate face to face interview with respective technical subject experts where they assess what you have written in your answer script and also ask further more technical questions, there was HR round, medical checkup. They will assess each and every round mainly they concentrate on technical knowledge. At the end, the candidates who were selected will be taken to Ramesh hospitals for the final medical test. Luckily I got selected which boosted up my confidence. For this interview, you need to be good at technical stuff mainly you need to possess good programming skills.
