Interviewed from January till March for the London position. The process had 4 stages: online test, first interview, case study and a final stage interview. Each step was conducted by 2 managers with the final one being led by a VP and Practice manager

What are the first things you'd consider when solving a client problem? (Similar to a case problem)

Inital HR call following inital outreach. There were then multiple online tests. If you passed online testing there is three interviews; one behavioural, one case study and one VP/Partner interview. Overall process took around 2 months.

Entretien
Interview process took 2 months, with a pre interview call, a competency interview, numerical/excel tests and a case interview.
I was provided feedback and assured by the HR that there will be a final interview. I kept following up 2 times for the final interview date, only to be turned a deaf ear.
I don't know why the recruiting process is so tiresome for no reason, maybe other members in this community can elaborate whether this is the norm in Efficio.
