Entretien
The first interview was a 10 minute meeting with an HR manager. They asked the basic questions and tried to get a feel for my background. Once they were satisfied I was given the opportunity to ask some questions of my own. They answered questions about the formation of the company but they shied away from answering any questions about salary, day to day activities, or how the company even functioned.

Entretien
They called me to tell me that my profile fits the position. They asked me some questions to find out if I would have the time availability and when I would be available to start working, and then they confirmed that I qualified to move on to the next stage, in-person interview.

The interview was quite pleasant. You can easily be the perfect candidate if you have a good attitude and confidence in your abilities.
The interviewer asked me some questions, such as what my leadership skills are like and why I think I would be a good fit for the position.
