This company is actually the worst, id strongly advise against moving forward no matter how desperate and their benefits are awful. they treat candidates the way they view them obviously: disposable i applied for a role that i was qualified for and interviewed for. they came back offering me a verbal offer for a *lower* role, despite agreeing i was senior, and then offered me a lower pay band for said lower role. i asked for about 5k more to which they said shouldn’t be a problem. fast forward to 2 days later and they rescind the offer stating “demands changed” which, as we all know, it means they found someone who they could pay less for the same role.
