I applied through LinkedIn (using the easy apply method), and was contacted shortly thereafter with a screener survey and HR call which was fast and easy. After that I interviewed with a hiring manager and completed an assessment. The hiring manager emailed me one time otherwise to ask a couple of questions. The final interview was with the CEO/Founder. I communicated during the hiring process that I would be having a baby right around the time I would start, and the response was extremely supportive. The CFO got on a call with me to discuss the best options for my insurance through the company and helped me make an informed decision. The hiring manager was totally fine with me taking paternity leave immediately. The HR manager was very helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns. Overall a great experience.
