Entretien
I was introduced to Edyza through a connection.
1. The first step was a quick call to talk about my background and learn more about Edyza.
2. The second step was an in-person interview to build on what we had previously discussed. I met directly with the CEO. We briefly talked about what my role could be at Edyza.
3. The third step was a meeting with the team members I would be working with. I came to the office and shadowed a team member who I could eventually be working with. She went through the software and internal tools that the company uses. She talked to me about the day to day and what it is like to work at Edyza. I was at the office for probably an hour and a half. At the end of the day, I felt like I knew I would get an offer
4. I followed up with the CEO to talk about compensation. We settled on a number and a start date.
The interview was pretty casual as far as the conversation goes. It was more of an honest conversation about where I could fit at the company and what I could accomplish here. They didn't have a list of questions that they go through.
Follow up and interest in the company are important.
