First round was a 15 minute HR call. Second round was a 45 minute teams meeting with Director of Engineering. Last round was an onsite 2hour Panel Interview one by one with senior engineer, manager, and Director of engineering.

Standard, Not Difficult. You have 3 rounds, HR, Hiring Manager, then a Panel of peopel who may be on your team. I think this is a good interview process. not too long not too short, and it allows the team to meat and see if you would be a good fit/ vice versa.
