Question 1
Describe a time when you were stuck on a problem and how did you resolve it
The Talent Recruiter part interview was comfortable, the second part and last was with the Director. The director asked some questions that wasn't mentioned in the job description and he was 5 minutes late to join the interview.
Both interviews was in English and they tested my Spanish abilities, the Talent Recruiter had awesome English communication comparing to the director.

Staff interviews were very comfortable and informative of the company. Campus is nice, recruiter was a bit pushy when it came to compensation. They acted like they knew everything and when it came down to it, said they wouldn't budge like I was some nobody.

It took 2 months from phone interview to onsite interview, and got 1 line e-mail saying "No" when I inquired after 2 weeks of nothing.
After the phone interview, a few recruiting companies contacted me with the same job description and lower salary range than my desired salary. After the onsite interview, I saw a recruiter (not Edwards) posted the same job description with lower salary range.
