The interview process took about 1 month. In the first one, there was the HR and the regional manager. In the second one there were the regional manager and the national manager. They tried to understand how it would be my behaviour in a difficult moment, and how I could be good for the company. They asked me about my skills, my preference, and my previous experience. What are your strenghtness and you weakness? What would be your behaviour in a difficutl moment during the job? How see yourserlf in 5 years? Do you know the english language? Do you like travelling?

Seven Rounds. Interview questions depends on the interviewer, some formal and others informal "getting to know you" format. They stick to an hour approximately. You get interviews as you progress. Many behavioral questions based on scenarios.
