Outreach from internal recruiter, then meetings with about 7 other people. There were four rounds. The rounds included both subject matter experts and members of the current team. The scheduling of the meetings was easy and covered about two months in time.

Phone interview. Process was smooth, efficient. It lasted 30 minutes in length. Seemed a fit interview, e.g. no technical questions were asked. Questions were well thought out and appropriate. Follow-up will be by email.
