Was contacted via a recruiter and following on from a successful CV review was asked to take a 10 question test. First half was basic 'what is this' and engineering fundamentals. Second half was more difficult with P&ID diagrams.

I only managed to get the first telephone interview, but this was during the pandemic. The interviewer spent a lot of time talking to me about the company and its benefits but only asked me one or two questions. I got the feeling that he decided who I was even before he asked me the questions and kept getting my information wrong, which I had to correct him for.
