Had a 15 minutes call with recruiter first. Then was invited to complete video interview, answering 3-5 questions. After that I got a meeting with Financial Advisor, interview went very smoothly and not difficult at all.

I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.

Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.
