After the application, a recruiter emailed to set up a phone interview. Following the phone interview (which lasted approximately 45 minutes), I had a face-to-face interview with a Financial Advisor who has been with Edward Jones for 18+ years. After the face-to-face, there was a follow up phone conversation, a "day in the life" of a Financial Advisor, creation of a business plan and then an offer.
