There was a virtual interview followed by (2) zoom interviews. The virtual interview is kind of intimidating because you try to perfect your answer and meet this perfect image. The zoom interviews are much more personable and easy going.

Our interviews are almost always behavior-based techniques - usually using the 'STAR' method (these are the 'tell me about a time when'-type questions). With these questions, answers are expected to be answered following the format: Situation, Task, Action, and Result.
