I applied online and then I got an "invitation to interview" which was not an interview so much as it was one of those Modern Hire one-way wastes of time. It even said to contact my recruiter if I had questions but I never talked to a recruiter nor did I have any contact information for a recruiter. Not once did I talk to a human. Avoid Edward Jones at all costs.

Entretien
The first interview was a one-way video "interview", where I was unable to ask any questions to a human as part of the process. I was moved forward to a final virtual interview with two members of a team after that. The video interview was the kind where you don't know what they are going to ask and you are not able to redo your answer. I have no idea what they do with the data, if AI is used, or if a person looks at it.

Question 1
They asked questions about prioritizing work, tell me about yourself, they were very focused on Agile but seemed to work on fairly waterfall-type projects. There was very little strategic work, only building things their internal stakeholders needed.
