You will be contacted by HQ to start the initial hiring process with a telephone interview. They will find branches that are hiring in your area and ask which ones you would like to interview at. The FA of that branch will contact you to schedule a face-to-face interview.

I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.

Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.
