It was fairly lengthy and involved. It went through a number of different phases. After you have been "hired" your really just entering the training regime. Once you're through the first parts of getting your licenses in place, you are onto the next "hope you make it" phase. Don't fool yourself...getting hired by Jones is just the beginning. There will be many, MANY performance hurdles to cross before you have finally "landed."

The process takes about 1 to 2 months. It starts off with a call from the recruiter and then advances to in person interviews. It’s a very detailed process with instructions along the way.

Entretien
The first interview is a digital interview. The next would be in person interview with the head of the office. They will also make you write a mock business plan.
